Further, we are current in all aspects of implant tooth replacement, from the simplest to the most involved reconstructive methods. We enthusiastically utilize the "Wand" system for painless delivery of local anesthesia by computer regulated fluid flow. Orthodontics Our office is uniquely postured to specialize in adult orthodontics. Dr. Celenza’s dual certification affords a greater insight and understanding of the nuances of each patient’s dentition and circumstances. Our cases are individually tailored to each patient’s needs and appliance design is suitably selected. We offer all types of modern orthodontic appliances, including conventional removable appliances, fixed appliances (fully bonded and cosmetic) as well as the Invisalign system, of which we are platinum level providers. We also manage orthognathic cases and consider retention and long-term monitoring as part of a patient’s case.
